We aim to process orders on the same day.
Once processed please allow 3 - 5 working days for delivery. At our busiest times such as Christmas, please allow a few days extra for your order to be processed.
Mainland UK shipping only. We use a combination of Royal mail and courier service. This is based on weight. Up to 1kg will be £3.85 and above that will be £6.85. This will be calculated after you enter your address. Please call for international courier options.
We do our best to fairly represent our products. Please make sure to always check dimensions and in some rare cases allow for some slight colour variations.
We try to recycle as much of our packaging as possible so as to not add any extra packaging costs.
We hope you are happy with your purchases from Closet & Botts but if not, we will be happy to offer a full refund on any item as long as it is returned in a saleable condition, within 28 days. After the 28 days unfortunately we can not offer a refund or exchange.
Some of our products are second hand and may show some signs of ageing. We try to show clear photos of any signs of wear, but this is not always possible.
Any damages caused during transit should be photographed and reported to us within 7 days of receiving the product.
Please note, we are unable to reimburse postage costs.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected your returned item. Credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment once this process is complete.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are returning a damaged item and do not want a replacement then the cost of the return shipping will be added onto your refund.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
