Large Tea Cup made by Royal Boch in Belgium.

Evoking country farmhouse kitchens, the design is called 'Boerenbont', which is inspired by a traditional Dutch floral pattern used on ceramics. Translated from Dutch, 'Boer' means farmer and 'bont' refers to a mixture of colours. The distinctive floral pattern is hand-painted with simple brush strokes of red, yellow, green, and blue, and originated as a local craft made by farmers’ wives in the 19th century.
