How it works
Here is a bit of important information about our hiring process.
On confirmation of your order, we require 50% of the total order amount. This is your holding deposit and is a non refundable payment. This will confirm and reserve your order. Until this payment is made, the items are not reserved and are available for hire by other people.
2 weeks prior to the event we require the remaining 50%, plus a breakages deposit(this is based on the cost to replace the items) plus any delivery costs. This must be paid before we can arrange delivery or collection.
Yes, our minimum spend is £100.
Yes we can deliver to anywhere within 30 miles of Lewes. The price of delivery is calculated based on distance and size of delivery.
Please make sure the drop off point is accessible at the agreed time and that someone is there to meet us and sign for the delivery.
Don't hesitate to get in touch if your event is further away. We can happily discuss other options of getting your order to you.
Yes of course. We still have a minimum spend of £100 for collection. Just let us know when is convenient and we will arrange a collection time to suit you.
Send us your enquiry form detailing your requirements and any comments or questions and we will be in touch to discuss it further. Once all is decided we require a holding deposit of 50% of the total order amount.
Upon placing your order we ask for a holding deposit. This is 50% of your total order amount. We also require a breakages deposit which is payable 2 weeks prior to your event along with the remaining balance and any delivery charges. The breakages deposit is calculated based upon an average cost to replace the item. Your breakages deposit will be returned to you within 7 days of the items being returned back to us.
Items must be returned in the same clean and dry condition as delivered. If washing is needed then a further cost will be deducted from the deposit.
Standard hire period is 3 days although weekend hire extends to 4 days as is delivered on the Friday and collected on the Monday. Extending the hire period further will be charged at 20% of the original hire cost per additional day.
If we have availability on the day, we can set up for an additional cost otherwise we can give directions on the best way to arrange your items.
